Reflexology is a gentle form of vibrational healing, applying alternating pressure to reflex points on your feet corresponding to various areas of the body. Soreness on the feet indicates that the body area “reflex” of this point is out of balance. Gentle stimulation of the reflex point will bring about consciousness to a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual imbalance -long before it manifests as dis-ease.

Stress and tension carried in the body for any period of time is the most common host of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dis-tress.  Thousands of years of practice dating from Egyptian times has confirmed that cell changes can be arrested and reversed by bringing consciousness to such reflex points and addressing the underlying issues.

Reflexology is an holistic practice working in a progressive pattern across both feet to ensure that the whole of the body is nurtured. Sometimes there can be an immediate and dramatic change supported by your practitioner, and at other times without you being consciously aware - a feeling of well-being on all levels is achieved.

Reflexology and vibrational essences can be a part of your normal good health maintenance, or at times of dis-ease… part of a wonderfully supportive path to your appropriate health and well being – in conjunction with your chosen medical health practitioner.

Combining Australian Bush Flower Essences with reflex stimulation of the feet encourages you and your body to seek it's own natural balance - with the additional support of knowledge and wisdom passed on through thousands of years of Australia's evolution.  Many essences have been brought about by consultation with indigenous Australians, harnessing their knowledge of plants and energy for all to share. 

As a practitioner in Perth WA of Reflexology for 9 years and Australian Bush Flower Essences for 3 years - I have shared many wonderful outcomes for clients.  Supporting ladies through chemotherapy and radiotherapy for various "female" cancers - and some fellas as well...  Mothers and (their babies) with Post Natal Depression, as well as increasing fertility to achieve conception by unravelling sub-conscious fears and conditions.  Importantly, a number of clients who found their life options appeared closed as a result of their childhood experiences, have moved on to achieve success in both business and personal relationships.

My greatest joy comes however, from just allowing so many people feel really positive and totally on top of Life! And wait, there is more...  at least three clients with 4 feet and fur, are now feeling much more like "man is their best friend"!
